Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and platform provider policies (such as Facebook), TanSecure provides a simple and transparent way for users to request the deletion of their personal data.
1. How to Delete Your Data via Account Settings
If you have an active account on the TanSecure platform, you can delete your data directly from your profile settings:
Log in to your account at https://tansecure.com/login
Navigate to Account Settings (or Profile settings).
Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
Click Delete My Account and Data and confirm your action.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active databases.
2. How to Request Data Deletion via Email
If you cannot access your account, or if you prefer to submit a manual deletion request, please follow these steps:
Send an email to our support team at [email protected].
Use the subject line: Personal Data Deletion Request.
Specify the email address associated with the account/data you want deleted.
Our support team will process your request within 72 hours, verify your identity if necessary, and notify you once the deletion is complete.
3. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions (for Social Login)
If you registered on TanSecure using Facebook Login, you can remove our application's access to your data by following these steps on Facebook:
Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Scroll down and click on Apps and Websites.
Find the TanSecure app and click Remove.
4. Retention of Certain Data
Please note that we may retain certain information (such as transaction/billing history or system logs) where we are legally required to do so under tax, accounting, or compliance laws of Poland and the European Union.
