Do you need access to our mailboxes? +
No. The first audit uses only public DNS and mail settings. Access is needed later and only to what we configure.
Do we have to change our mail provider? +
No. The filter works in front of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your own server. We only change the MX records.
What happens to a legitimate email that gets stuck? +
It waits in quarantine. You get a daily report and can release it in one click, and we tune the rules so it doesn't happen again.
