Backups of websites, servers and mail
Everything your work depends on is copied automatically every day.
- Websites, databases and servers
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mail and files
- Alerts if a backup fails
We set up automatic backups of websites, servers and mail, keep a copy that ransomware can't reach and regularly check that everything really restores.

Answer three questions about your backups and see what you would lose after a failure or a ransomware attack. Nothing is sent anywhere.
High risk: the copy sits next to the original and dies with it. Move a copy to another place, locked against changes.

A copy that an attacker can't delete or encrypt, even with your passwords.
You know in advance what to do after a failure and how long it will take.

How we solve it · Backups of websites, servers and mail
Automatic backups by the 3-2-1 rule, a copy that ransomware can't reach, and regular restore tests, so a backup is proven to work.
! “Ransomware encrypted the files, and the backup with them”
How we solve it · Protection against ransomware
One copy is kept in another place and locked against changes for a set time. Even with admin passwords, it can't be deleted or encrypted.
! “Backups exist, but nobody has ever tried to restore them”
How we solve it · Recovery plan and restore tests
Once a month we restore a site, a database or a mailbox to a test place and send you a short report: what was restored and how long it took.

How we solve it · Backups of websites, servers and mail
Microsoft and Google keep deleted data only for a limited time. A separate backup of mail and files lets you get back any version, even months later.
You describe the task, we ask the right questions and suggest a solution.
We look at what you have and propose a plan with a clear estimate.
We work in short stages and show the result after each one.
We stay in touch, monitor and improve after launch.

We work so that you can stop worrying about the IT side of your business.
You talk to the person who does your task, with no call centres or middlemen. Ask anything, even the “simple” questions.
We explain what we do and why, so you always understand what you are paying for and what you get.
Price and deadline are agreed before we start. If something changes, you hear it from us first, before any extra cost.
We don't disappear after handover: we watch that everything works, answer questions and improve things as your business grows.
In data centres in the EU, at a different provider from your server. You choose the place, and the data is encrypted before it leaves.
They keep the service running, but deleted mail and files are kept only for a limited time. If someone deletes data or an account is taken over, a separate backup is what brings it back.
It depends on the volume of data. For a small company storage usually costs less than one hour of our work a month, and we show the calculation before we start.
Sometimes: from old copies at the hosting provider, from mail or from staff computers, but there is no guarantee. That is why we start with backups.
Every task gets a fixed quote. Prefer hourly? Then you always know what an hour of support costs.

A simple worked example of what one day without a website costs an online store, and what to set up in advance: monitoring, backups, a staging copy and a short incident plan.

When stock on Amazon, eBay and your website is updated by hand once a day, a store loses twice: items in stock show as unavailable, or items already gone keep selling. We count both cases and show how to fix it.

A typical store takes orders from its website, Amazon, Instagram and the phone, and some of them get lost. Here is where they disappear, what we change in 3 to 5 weeks and where to start in your own business.
