Why we understand your business
For a long time I ran my own business in Ukraine: wholesale trade and one of the first online marketplaces, x-torg.com, later renamed xt.ua. Nine years on the market, from 2010 to 2019: 90,000 products, 130 suppliers, shipping the day after the order and our own logistics across Eastern Ukraine. Those sites are gone today, but I know for sure not only how to do things right, but also how not to. Tested on my own business 🙂
Every day, 120 invoices from suppliers and another 50–60 for wholesale clients, with 10–20 items in each on average. And a single accountant handled all of it, because the routine was done by programs we built ourselves. Since then I know for sure: a business doesn't need IT for the sake of IT, it needs systems that simply work and free up time.
Alongside that, I was involved in IT in my own company. Servers, email and security were handled by our IT department, while I took on CRM development myself, and that's what I enjoyed most. In 2016 I started training as a PHP developer, and since the pandemic I have focused entirely on IT.
My son Yehor grew up next to these systems. He studied at the IT STEP computer academy and on online courses and is now in his fourth year at technical college. In the team he takes care of development and AI: bots, automation and integrations.
Today we work together, so every task of yours gets two pairs of eyes. Our clients include manufacturers, online stores and companies from various industries.
