Terms of Use of the Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the rules for accessing and using the online platform TanSecure (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

(hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. TanSecure is a digital online platform that provides:
email filtering and spam protection services
domain reputation checks
whitelist and blacklist management
an AI security assistant and other protection tools
2.2. The Service is provided remotely via the Internet.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Registration is required to use certain features.
3.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate information.
3.3. The User is responsible for maintaining access to their account.
3.4. Transferring the account to third parties is prohibited.
4. Paid Services and Subscription
4.1. Some features of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis.
4.2. Payments are processed through the payment provider Stripe.
4.3. The subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled before the next billing date.
4.4. The User can cancel the subscription through their personal account.
4.5. Prices may include VAT in accordance with European Union legislation.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
5.1. According to EU legislation on digital content, after the service begins, the User loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
5.2. Refunds are possible solely at the Company's discretion or in cases of technical errors.
6. Code of Conduct
The User agrees to:
not publish illegal content
not distribute spam
not violate the rights of others
not use the Service for fraudulent purposes
The Company has the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access in case of violation.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to software, design, logos, and content belong to the Company or are used legally.
It is prohibited to:
copy
modify
reverse engineer
without the Company's written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Service is provided "as is".
8.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform.
8.3. The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last 3 months of use.
9. Data Protection
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Company has the right to change these Terms. The current version is always available on the website.
11. Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kraków.
