Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This Policy explains what information tansecure.com stores on your device and why. It fulfils the obligations under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and the GDPR. In force from 12 October 2026, updated 13 October 2026.
1. Controller
TANSECURE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Wielicka 42 lok. B3, 30-552 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001148378, NIP 6772520369. Contact: [email protected].
2. In short
The public part of the Website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not track you across other websites. We only store information that is necessary to provide a function you have chosen. On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept all cookies, keep only the necessary ones or customise your choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are not used at the moment; if we add them, they will only work after you consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, as easily as you gave it.
3. What we store on your device
- cookie_consent_v1 (cookie, also in local storage): remembers your choice in the cookie banner so we do not ask every time. Kept for 12 months.
- theme (cookie): set only when you switch between the light and dark theme, and remembers that choice. Kept for 12 months.
- tansecure-chat-intro (browser local storage): stores a date so the chat greeting is not repeated on the same day. Kept until you delete it.
- nuxt-color-mode (browser local storage): remembers the light or dark theme you chose. Kept until you clear it.
- tansecure-chat (browser local storage): created only when you use the chat. It stores the conversation identifier, the contact you gave and the last messages, so that the conversation is not lost when you move to another page. Kept until you clear it.
- Cloudflare cookies (for example
__cf_bm,cf_clearance): may be set by our CDN provider to distinguish people from bots and to protect the Website from attacks. Kept from 30 minutes to a few hours. - Client panel cookies (session cookie and
XSRF-TOKEN): set only after you sign in to the client panel; they keep you logged in and protect forms. Kept until the end of the session or for up to a few hours.
All of the above are strictly necessary to provide a function you requested, so they do not require consent (Article 399(3) of the Electronic Communications Law). Their legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in the correct and secure operation of the Website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. External resources
Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts servers while you browse the Website. If you pay with Stripe in the client panel, Stripe may set its own cookies under its own policy.
5. How to manage storage
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings (usually under Privacy or Site data), or block them. Blocking necessary storage may cause some functions to stop working, for example the chat will not remember the conversation.
6. Changes
If we start using cookies that require consent (for example, for analytics), we will first ask for your consent and update this Policy.
