Data Processing by Artificial Intelligence (AI)

1. General Provisions
This document defines the rules for processing user data by the TanSecure service using artificial intelligence algorithms (hereinafter referred to as "AI").
The operator of the service is:

(hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
2. Data That Can Be Processed by AI
AI can process:
text messages from users
audio recordings (if audio functions are used)
chat queries and responses
technical data necessary for the operation of the service
3. Purpose of Processing
Processing is carried out for:
generating responses from the AI assistant
providing a personalized experience
improving the quality of the service
detection of platform rule violations
4. Use of Third-Party AI Providers
The service may use third-party AI technology providers.
Such providers act as data processors in accordance with European Union (GDPR) requirements.
Data transfer is carried out solely based on data processing agreements (DPA).
5. Are Data Used for Training Models?
The Company:
does not use personal data of users for self-training models without separate consent
may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the service
6. Limitations of AI
The user acknowledges that:
AI may generate inaccurate or incomplete responses
AI is not a replacement for a qualified cybersecurity engineer, and its responses are advisory in nature
responses are for informational purposes only
7. Data Security
The Company implements:
data transmission encryption
restricted access to information
technical and organizational security measures
8. User Consent
By using the AI features of the service, the user agrees to the processing of their requests by artificial intelligence algorithms in accordance with this document.
