The problem
Clients write to us on OLX in two countries and by email to hello@ and info@. Replies were late, the conversation was spread across four apps, and we didn't want a bot that answers clients on its own.
What we did
- 01Every minute the bot checks OLX.ua and OLX.pl via the Partner API and the hello@ / info@ inboxes
- 02AI drafts a reply in the client's language from a knowledge base of prices, deadlines and FAQs
- 03Telegram card with buttons: ✅ Send, ✏️ Edit, 🔄 Another version, 🚫 Ignore
- 04Instructions to the AI start with “!”, e.g. “!say the deadline is 5 days”
- 05Spam, newsletters, auto-replies and bounces are skipped; replies stay in the same thread and appear in Sent
Result
- All incoming requests in one chat instead of four apps
- When the AI doesn't know a price, it writes [clarify: …] instead of inventing one
- A reply from the phone takes a few seconds
