The problem
Website visitors had only a contact form: write, wait for an email, maybe come back. We wanted a live conversation without a bot pretending to be a person.
What we did
- 01Chat widget on every page in 4 languages, in the site's style and both themes
- 02Each message becomes a Telegram card with an AI draft; a person presses “Send”
- 03Reply language follows the visitor; prices follow the country of the site version
- 04“Online” status with a breathing dot and a night mode 23:00–6:00
- 05Email or phone capture; if the visitor left, the reply also goes by email
