The problem
Orders live in a notebook and in the owner's head. Nobody knows what stage an order is at, materials run out unexpectedly and deadlines slip.
How we solve it

- 02Stages: cutting → edging → assembly → painting → packing → delivery
- 03Workers close a stage by scanning a QR code on a tablet
- 04Materials are written off per order; purchase alert at minimum stock
