How we take care of you

We work so that you can stop worrying about the IT side of your business.

A direct line to your specialist

You talk to the person who does your task, with no call centres or middlemen. Ask anything, even the “simple” questions.

Plain language, no jargon

We explain what we do and why, so you always understand what you are paying for and what you get.

No surprises

Price and deadline are agreed before we start. If something changes, you hear it from us first, before any extra cost.

We stay after launch

We don't disappear after handover: we watch that everything works, answer questions and improve things as your business grows.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We are a small company. Are we really a target? +

Yes. Most attacks are automated and hit everyone. Small companies are attractive precisely because they are rarely protected.

We've already been hacked. Can you help now? +

Yes. First we stop the damage and restore what works, then find how they got in and close it, so it doesn't happen again.

Do you need access to our server for the audit? +

Not for the first part. The outside check needs only the site address. For the inside check we ask for a separate account, which you delete afterwards.

Is this a penetration test? +

No. An audit finds known problems: outdated software, weak settings, open access. A full penetration test is a separate, larger job, and we tell you honestly when you need one.

Is our email part of this? +

Email protection has its own page with spam and phishing filtering, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ready plans. Most clients take both.
