Marketing Communications
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This document explains when and how TanSecure sends commercial information, and how to stop receiving it. In force from 12 October 2026.
1. Sender
TANSECURE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Wielicka 42 lok. B3, 30-552 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001148378, NIP 6772520369. Contact: [email protected].
2. Only with your consent
We send commercial information (for example, about new services, promotions or webinars) by email, SMS, phone or messengers only to people who have given prior, separate consent. This follows from Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and the GDPR. We do not buy contact databases and we do not send unsolicited mass mailings.
3. What is not marketing
The following do not require marketing consent: our replies to your enquiries, quotes you asked for, messages related to a contract in progress (for example, project status, invoices, technical notices) and important information about changes to our documents.
4. Personal data
For marketing we process your name and the contact details you gave, together with information about when and how you gave consent. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the data until you withdraw consent, and then keep proof of the consent and its withdrawal for the limitation period for claims. More information is in the Privacy Policy.
5. How to withdraw consent
- click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email;
- reply to the message with "unsubscribe" or "stop";
- write to [email protected].
Withdrawal is free and takes effect immediately, no later than within a few working days. It does not affect the lawfulness of the messages sent before withdrawal.
6. Social media
We publish content on our profiles on social networks (for example, Facebook and Instagram). Following those profiles is your choice; you can stop following them at any time. The platforms process your data under their own policies.
